You can't help but fall in love with this place! The receptionist by far made our trip a success! We had spoke with her over the phone several times prior but, we made a special trip just to see her and she did not disappoint! Now for the amenities... the view is like no other and starting the day on the patio was well worth getting up early to see the sun rise to meet Chimney Rock! We even ended the night on the same patio embracing the stars and taking in the glow of the scenic lights of the waterfall and wishing well. We booked Chimney Rock Inn and Cottages as just a place to sleep while we had an itinerary filled weekend elsewhere, but we quickly realized it was much more than that. It was truly a hidden gem, the essence of the room and accommodations reminded us that although our trip was fully packed, that rest, relaxation, and turning off autopilot was just what we needed. This reminder was inspired by all the cottage had to offer with it's serenity and charm, but also the calm it brought by being in the space. The community was very welcoming with us as guest around their homes. The pool was just as clean as our cottage. We will most definitely be back!

Stayed for wedding anniversary weekend and it was wonderful. The hostess was promt when we arrived to check in and our room while small was in fact just perfect. My Wife loved the bed and comforter set and thought the whole place was like a fairy tale. The view from the porch of Chimney Rock was wonderful. The in is just the perfect distance from all the places we wanted to go. We will come again next year and try to stay longer.

an absolutely beautiful experience. The hotel has an excellent location with views of the mountains right in front of Chimney Rock. And near to Lake Lure. very good attention. The room was very clean, very well arranged and the decoration was very nice. good wifi service. the pool is very good. a super quiet place in the middle of nature. comfortable, excellent for couples. friends. family. good coffee in the morning outside the room We sat on the terrace to contemplate the mountains at dusk and dawn and it is beautiful!!!! In front of the hotel a few steps away is a spectacular river.

I feel in love with this hotel! It’s so quiet and cozy. I loved the way it was old fashioned and the way it was laid out. The rooms are perfect for a quick stay for a couple days. The check in lady was great! She was so nice, sweet and helpful! I’ll definitely be going back!
Also, the cleanliness was outstanding! I’d say one of the cleanest I’ve seen.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. Internet service was excellent. Restaurants and gift shops close by. We also got to see several bears! If you are seeking relaxation, Chimney Rock is the place to go!

Cozy cottage tucked away in the mountains by the lake. Tabitha was amazing during our check in and gave very helpful tips to make our ladies gateway special. The Holly cottage has a living room with sofa, two beds, and a full kitchen with a full bath. The scenic views are breathtaking and you are steps away from the main shopping area and scenic points of interest. Everything closes relatively early so plan for that. Definitely take the boat tour while you are in town. Check out is 11:00 which still gives plenty of time to have a full weekend.

Great location with an amazing view. We stayed in a hotel room that had a perfect view of Chimney Rock. We sat on the front deck as we ate our dinner. The atmosphere with the sound of the river flowing was perfect. The room was perfect. Not too big, not too small. The next time we come we will be staying in one of the cottages. I would recommend Chimney Rock Inn to anyone.
