I stayed there about 4 nights. It has perfect location and the room I stayed was in a good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. I give you 10 points out of 10 for this hostel. Thank you very much for everything.

I had a bad experience at this hostel, they allowed about 15 young teenagers from a visiting French school group to inhabit the adjoining dorms and they ran riot until 5am (I’m talking wrestling contests in the hallways, and screaming at the top of their lungs the whole night. It was mayhem and I got no sleep). The hostel agreed things had got out of hand and refunded me the next two nights which I appreciated. It is a lovely hostel in all other aspects but management should not allow under 18s to stay in groups like that, if I’d known it operated as a youth hostel i’d never have booked. It’s not fair on other paying guests.

Perfect! The guys at the desk are always ready and very happy to help, with any any questions, felt cozy and friendly here thanks to them.

Rooms are okay, each room has their own bathrooms and they are in good condition. Except for the flushing, sometimes works bad. Conditioning works to its 100%. A beautiful terrace on the top.

Location is superb, you can get from here to anywhere by bus, the main lines of busses go straight to the hotel. Also a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and main attractions.

Lovely, would recommend.

I only stayed here for one night but had an amazing experience! the employees were extremely kind and even recommended things to do nearby.

As a solo female traveler I would recommend this hostel to literally everyone. They have tons of services they offer like post check out bag storage and 3€ breakfast during the weekends, and the rooms were super clean and offered tons of privacy : )

We had an OK stay here. The staff were nice, the rooms clean. The lockers didn't lock well and one was broken off its track. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower head is cheap plastic that has been dropped so many times it's just a random flow of water. The door doesn't seal shut on the borrow so water goes everywhere from the shower. The rooms are not quiet. The place sounds like a frat house every night with tons of people coming and going at 1 to 2 am. That's a hostel thing, the walls are just thin here.
It was nice to have AC that works, which would be a plus, but here's where they lose stars, the creep factor. An employee had come into the room at least one of the nights around 1am and shut the AC off while we were sleeping. I woke up for the last night one. That is messed up and creepy. If I was a single traveling female, I would be upset more. This morning I was super annoyed they wouldn't call us a taxi. Every hostel and hotel we've been to has called us a taxi. Disappointing.

I had the best time staying at the New samai hostel! First, the staff was so lovely and welcoming. They helped me with any question or problem. The 4-female bedroom with bathroom inside was very comfortable and clean. The hostel was close to all the main attractions and city center, restaurants and bars.

Absolutely recommend staying here

For me a top hostel experience. The beds had curtains, 2 USB and a power socket. Plus a reading lamp with a good brightness setting. Bathroom was good standard. Really good is also the Hallway in every Dormitory before entering the room with the beds. If you have respectful room mates, everybody can really quietly leave, as well the entering the bath. Since it is also separated from the sleeping room via the hallway. The location is perfect, a lot of bars and restaurants around, as well as supermarkets (Carrefour Express). Also there is free warm coffee in the kitchen!! 🙂

Airport bus €5 to Seville. 10 min walk from the bus stop. I used Google maps. Stayed in a female 4 bed which was excellent. Slept fantastic. Charging points and light above the bed with a curtain for privacy. Stayed in room 5 with a private bathroom. Excellent roof top terrace with great views. Shopping, tourist attractions and everything in walking distance. Will definitely return to this hostel.
