Desde ayer que he mandado un correo a través de su web no he recibido contestación. Sólo para saber si tienen disponibilidad de cuna para nuestra hija. Sin respuesta.||Hoy he llamado unas quince (15) veces y salta un contestador tras una o dos llamadas a lo largo de la tarde.||||Será un buen hotel, pero qué pena evitar así a los clientes.

Me hablaron de este sitio y lo recomende a un amigo que necesitaba menos que un aparthotel y mas que una habitacion de hotel ; resultado: genial! Es un lugar muy recomendable para personas hartas de siempre lo mismo

Enfin une bonne adresse à Barcelone pour qui recherche un peu de tranquillité tout en étant proche du centre. Les appartements sont dans une belle maison ancienne totalement rénovée avec 5 appartements meublés avec goût. Tous les commerces sont à proximité ainsi que le métro à 2 minutes à pied. Les appartements avec les chambres côté jardin sont silencieux (ce que nous recherchions) et bien conçus. Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner (même si c'est un peu sommaire) et on peut profiter toute l'année de la piscine. Vraiment une bonne adresse pour découvrir Barcelone en famille

Echoing other comments, we were greeted on time and very cheerfully, followed by a quick tour of the apartment and local facilities with a map. We had a 2 bedroom at the front with bay windows that were tinted for privacy. A spotless apartment, very carefully decorated and supplied for the traveller. We weren't brave enough for the plunge pool but did spend an hour or so on the loungers. ||||Out the door turn right about 100m was the nearest underground line Les Tres Torres which takes you down into the main town Catalunya in 6 stops. Out the door turn left and you get to the supermarket in about 300m.||||This was a quiet neighbourhood and a nice apartment which is what I'm reviewing, but we did struggle to find a centre to it. Some nice coffee shops further down the hill and a good Irish Bar which I will review separately. Other than that, we didn't find much for the traveller on foot and the underground line took a while to get down to the main town, requiring multiple changes to get elsewhere. Plus I think it shut down at midnight, meaning we were clock watching in the evenings to make sure we could get back home.||||A very good apartment though - just a bit out of town for what we were looking for. Probably perfect for others.||||Michael

You get what you pay for and Palauet Tres Torres is no exception. This is not the cheapest apartment in Barcelona but it must be amongst the best. Great communication from Helena in advance and friendly welcome and explanation from Marta on arrival. Fantastic location in a safe, upmarket and quiet residential area of the city. You can be in the centre of Barcelona inside 10 mins via the fast, frequent and air conditioned metro with the station only 100 metres away. Flat has all you need for your stay - inc very good free wifi, a/c and great little pool to cool off in. No hesitation in recommending. Enjoy...!

Helena met us with a big smile and was as service minded as can be from the first moment. The apartment was even nicer than we had expected. It contained everything we needed and it was very clean, nicely decorated and had a wonderful porch with a view of the pool.||Location was great with close proximity to the subway (although cabs are cheap enough for all your travelling needs in Barcelona). ||I can highly recommend this accomodation for everyone from couples to families with kids.||And rest assured that Helena will go out of her way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We stayed at Palauet Tres Torres for 5 days over new years chosen to have a quiet retreat with quick metro access to the city, but ease of using a car to explore the local country regions and it ticked all of these boxes. ||The apartment was very easy to find, just off Via Augusta or Rua Diagonal, around 200m to the Metro and within an easy walk to super markets and other shops and restaurants. The apartment is well appointed with most things that you need for the stay.||We had a ground floor apartment at the back which was very quiet and easy to get in and out of during our stay.||The room was functionally clean but not spotless, the bed a little too firm for our preferred comfort level and the car park was a bit of a trek and rather expensive.||Although there was no assistance at immediate call, Helena provided assistance over email and made sure that we had everything that we needed.||If you want an independent apartment in Barcelona, this is a reasonable affordable selection. I would recommend it to others.||A broom and paper towels would help.
