No es como en la foto, mucho mucho ruido, se escucha todo, las conversaciones de la gente de la calle, las de las otras habitaciones... El suelo del baño da asco y está roto|Todo mal, además el apartamento es enano, no tiene armario, ni cocina. Lo tiene todo encima de una mesa en los pies de la cama

Disastrous Stay in Sevilla - Avoid This Property!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at an apartment in Sevilla booked through Booking.com. Despite originally booking a spacious 35m² apartment, we were given a cramped 9m² room upon arrival. The state of the room was appalling: dirty towels with stains, hairs in the bedsheets, and broken tiles in the shower that posed a serious safety hazard. To make matters worse, there were blood stains on the wall next to the bed and poop stains on the toilet seat.

The room was located on the ground floor next to the front door, making it anything but soundproof. We were constantly disturbed by the slamming of the front doors and noise from the upstairs floor. The room was also adjacent to a row of bars, resulting in unbearable noise from drunken patrons all night long. The room was dark and lacked fresh air, as opening the window only amplified the noise, making it impossible to sleep.

Upon reporting the issues to the property on the first night, they only replaced the towels while we were out, but the new towels still had black and earwax stains, indicating they were poorly washed. The property did not respond to our other complaints. The next morning, they only offered to cancel the booking without refunding the first night's stay. They claimed they were fully booked and could not provide another room. Their lack of assistance and refusal to address our concerns was extremely frustrating.

As a Genius Level 3 customer, I expected better support from Booking.com. However, they were also unhelpful, offering only a 10% refund, which was entirely inadequate given the circumstances. Both the property and Booking.com showed a complete disregard for our distress, ruining our long-anticipated holiday.

I am writing this review to warn others about this awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs to save your holiday from being a disaster like ours.

Non serve a nulla scrivere nella email di conferma della prenotazione che gli ospiti devono fare silenzio, quando il proprietario sa che le camere non sono insonorizzate, ed usare questa argomentazione per cercare di rifiutare il rimborso.||La mia camera era all'ingresso e si sentivano le voci delle persone che entravano e uscivano, rumori della stanza di sopra ed il rumore dell'ascensore, come se fossero dentro la stanza . ||La pesante porta d'ingresso in ferro veniva sbattuta di giorno e di notte contro il muro della mia stanza che tremava! |Ci sono molte reviews che confermano il problema ed i proprietari non hanno fatto nulla per risolverlo.||Risultato una notte insonne e cancellazione di quelle successive. ||Pulizia della camera discutibile. Bagno piccolo con mattonelle rotte. |Il letto aveva le lenzuola semplicemente appoggiate storte e non rincalzate. Mi sono dovuta fare il letto ! ||Self check in /out in quindi non puoi lasciare i bagagli.||Vicino ho trovato un hotel che allo stesso prezzo fornisce camere super pulite, belle, reception professionale e ottima colazione. |Mai più.
