I drove all the way from Connecticut at 10:00pm to Richmond Virgina arriving at 6;30 am. check in was at 4pm only to find out this hotel was in a deplorable condition. There were roaches in the room, the air conditioner did not work and there was no cover on it. The bathroom tub as dirty the pool had garbage cans in it. I was told it would not be working until the end of summer. I went to the front desk, while standing there. A large bug crawled across the wall. I gave the girl my shoe to kill it. and requested my money back at which time I was told I will receive a full refund but then received my bill and was charged for the whole stay even though I did not stay 10 minutes is all.

I did not stay in this hotel, but I was doing a ride-a-long with Henrico police department for my college class and we had a try to break in and entering call from this place. A neighbor called and reported it. What really surprised me was that the manager never cared enough about his hotel to even go and talk to us about the suspects we had in custody. The whole place was so crappy looking from outside and inside. If he doesn't care about his hotel, I can only imaging how little he cares about the customers. I would never stay in this place

The 1st room we went to borken a/c , taking off the front panel there were roaches. We had one working light, all others were broken or missing, no trash can so we asked for a new room and they did. This one the a/c also didnt work until the break was flipped on, we had a table with no chairs, no night stand, no phone to call the front desk, no fridge, no microwave, the toilet wasn't working and the knob had come completely off nore was it actually bolted to the floor. Once the a/c did work it put you at about 80 degrees at night with a really annoying sound but if you turned it off the temp would skyrocket. So we attempted to sleep through it Then in the morning about 730 we asked for another room & the lady at the front desk was nice and said she will contact her GM and get back to us when return. On the way out we saw some friend who also tried to sleep here That night they had crossed the street to get food and on the way back on they were chased by 4 men with guns looking to rob them. Which was the final straw but we went about our day and i stopped by at 1pm and the lady at the front desk said she couldn't get a hold of the GM and won't be back til Monday. Our room was un-livable so we came back around 5 & gathered all our stuff & went to turn in our keys and there was the elusive GM. Standing at the front desk. After i told her I was turning in my keys and the situation she was beyond rude & one of the worst lady to deal with. Please do not stay here. Its not worth it

Ok guys calm down my dad bought the dump and is redoing it and it will not be a day's inn it looks terrible right now but it will get better homeless people were staying in there I'm in the parking lot right now scared some one is gonna get me just don't come here yet it will be rebuilt in about a year I'm exided ?

This place needs to be condemned. Its dirty it looks like they haven't vacuumed in years, there's was no toilet paper and the bathtub was dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE

Do Not Stay Here! paint peeling, lights don't work, a/c doesn't work, mold in the bathroom. New mattress though.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. The entire motel is in disrepair.
